Consultation The Digital Speech Processing Group at ARCON Corporation is available to provide consultation services to commercial and government customers. The primary areas of consultation include: Standardization ARCON can provide personnel to work with the customer on short term projects involving the planning for or post analysis of voice communication system evaluations. ARCON can also provide personnel to work with a customer on long term intermittent projects such as the standardization of voice coders. The Digital Speech Processing Group has extensive experience working with both national and international standards groups. ARCON has been involved in the design of selection and characterization Test Plans for the ITU-T, ETSI and 3GPP for the past several years. ARCON has been directly involved in analysis and interpretation of the results from these various standards efforts |
