Take the Sumner Tunnel to I93 North.
Follow I93N to Exit 37B (95/128 South) approx. 6 miles.
Take Exit 36 (Washington Street) approx. 1 mile.
Turn left at the traffic light at the end of the ramp.
This is Industrial Parkway, go straight through traffic light; approx. 1
mile.
At right hand curve, road changes again to New Boston Street.

Find I93 South to Boston.
Follow 93S to Exit 37C Atlantic Avenue, approx. 40 miles.
At light take left onto Commerce Way.
At second light (Woburn Mall will be on your right) turn right onto
Industrial Parkway.
Go straight through traffic light; approx. 1 mile.
At right hand curve, road changes again to New Boston Street.
